4 week blocks
“We first make our habits, and then our habits make us.” John Dryden
A weekly program will help us to reconnect on a weekly basis to build the connections of our mind with the body and breath to build a positive habit. The continuity of the programme will help establish and set up neural pathways to remember actions and connections to help us move forward in life in a positive way. Channels are created through experience so the more positive and calm experience the better.
These classes allow us to step out of our daily routines and take some time to settle into a practice of quiet and peace to keep us on track and to keep us going with a smile on our face.
Build depleted energy levels
Calm erratic energy levels

Acceptance of the here and now
Asana practice helps counteract anxiety-driven depression because it reduces stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, inducing what's known as the relaxation response. Once the relaxation response kicks in, many people feel that instead of trying to escape their feelings, they can stay with them, which is essential to identifying the psychological factors that trigger their anxiety and depression. The path to getting to this relaxed place varies by individual.
